Why Personal Training?
Lack the motivation to workout alone? Nervous of the gym environment? Need advice on what to eat for health or weight loss? Unsure of gym equipment? No idea about exercise order, which days to train which bodyparts/movements or where to fit cardio sessions in? Not getting results?
Then you need…a Personal Trainer!!!
I am in the gym between the hours of 10am-6pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday plus 10am-3pm on Sunday.
Sessions are up to one hour long and cost £30 each.
Up to two people may join in on your session at an extra £10 per person.
Cancellations with less than 24hrs noticed will still be charged.
There are NO further fees (gym membership/joining fee etc.)
I also offer bespoke nutrition and workout plans via email at £30 each or both for £50.
