Sugar Free Lemonade

Totally refreshing low calorie drink, high in essential phytonutrients.

This delicious drink could not be any simpler to make!

 

Ingredients:

  • Lemons or limes (or both)
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Sweetener of choice (I currently prefer erythritol)

 

Method:

Juice your lemons/limes and add to a glass along with the rest of the ingredients
