High Protein Spicy Bean Dip

Quick and easy, no cooking required- high protein/low fat goodness! 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of legumes 
  • 125ml vegetable stock (use as necessary)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Steam fry onion until translucent
  2. Juice the lime
  3. Add everything into a blender (escept the stock)
  4. Blend until smooth, adding stock to loose the mixture as necessary 
  5. Chill for 30 minutes
  6. Enjoy
