Raw Mint Chocolate Balls

Delicious, guilt free, wholefoods snack!



  • 190g cashews
  • 40 drops of peppermint extract
  • 300g raisins
  • 300g dates
  • Cocoa or cacao


  1. Blend the cashews in a food processor
  2. Scrape into a bowl and add the mint extract. Combine well
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix
  4. Place the mixture into the blender and combine until it forms one lump
  5. Mould into your desired shape
  6. Cover in cocoa/cacao (optional)
  7. Let them sit at room temperature for a few hours for best results
  8. Enjoy
